Poor Services of PTCL despite increase in Tariff Rates

PTCL services deteriorating day by day despite increase in Tariff Rates.

The PTCL workers are on strike and due to non working of the staff users are in a great fix now a days says CRF. The ptcl announced up gradation of broadband packages and announced double band width with an increase in the tariff rates. However the department has started charging the new tariff rates but has not given the facility of enhanced broad band width as announced earlier. The student package provided by the company has also withdrawn from them leaving them in a state of frustration and anxiety.  The PTCL has been continuously increasing the rates without any notification since the day it has been handed over to a foreign company.
