The head of the department is always responsible for the act of his subordinates. It is the head who gives instructions and set a trend of dealing with the public. But in Pakistan this is the tragedy that the big guns are always given advantage of benefit of doubt. And this is nothing new. Soon he will be discharged from the charges and again appointed to support the same acts. Furthermore his near ones are also serving the police department. We are striving for justice which is only meant for the elites and not the public. Had been their an ordinary citizen he could have never get out of such situation.
