We are really a weak and poor nation and have compromised our dignity and sovereignty due to our corrupt leaders and institutions since our independence. Our Military and Civil governments have sold us to the Americans (government) against cash and monitory benefits and we are so helpless, that we are unable to do any thing. The rulers of Pakistan have become billionaires and our public is striving for just bread and butter. We are helpless but we are still hopeful that some day we will rise and can talk to those who are our worst enemies. Both federal and provincial governments are responsible for the release of Raymond Davis murderer of innocent Pakistanis. God bless my country and people.

However, case has been decided according to the Pakistani Law. Congratulations to All Americans.

Male dominated societies treat women as second class citizens.

The women in Pakistan and even in world are dominated by men. Mental and physical torture is common in all societies. In under developed countries women are neither aware of their rights nor treated as equal to men. In Pakistan 33 % of assembly constitutes of women but no fruitful legislation has been made and very little has been done for them. What ever has been legislated has not been implemented. Today, a woman works as hard as a man. She not work outside her home but also performs domestic duties. She has to look after her parents when she is unmarried, she has to work for her husband and children after marriage. The women are under paid despite hard work. In China,Mao Ze Dong demanded equal pay for equal working to bring the women at par with men. However, in Pakistan and other countries like Pakistan and even in West the women are not treated equally. They are sexually harassed at their working places whether offices or fields. There are laws for women protection but their implementation is far away. In the remote areas of Pakistan, the women are treated as animals, they are sold, exchanged and killed just for nothing. They have no right to speak, no justice is provided to them and most important of all is they are not aware of their rights.They are not allowed to get education, not allowed to give their opinion and are not allowed to give their suggestion or choose any thing for them. The time has come that proper and conclusive legislation should be done and the laws made as a result of it, should be strictly observed and implemented.

Protection of Minorities in an Islamic State.

Minorities enjoy equal rights in terms of collective maintenance in an Islamic state. According to a tradition reported by Abu 'Ubaid in Kitab-ul-Amwal, "The Holy Prophet (PBUH) gave a donation to a Jewish family and it continued to be delivered even after (the Holy Prophet's departure from this world)."

Islamic state is responsible for the protection and security of minorities. If it has entered into an agreement with another nation, the protection and security of the latter also falls under its domain of responsibility.

Remember that you have taken them as your wives only under God's trust and with His permission. If they abide by your right then to them belongs the right to be fed and clothed in kindness. Do treat your women well and be kind to them for they are your partners and committed helpers. And it is your right that they do not make friends with any one of whom you do not approve, as well as never to be unchaste.

Reversal in Oil Prices.

It is good that government, has taken back the decision of increase in oil prices. This retreat is no doubt under the so called pressure of political parties. However, it would have been much better, that the OGRA should have given a thought, before increasing the prices. However, the inflation can not be controlled unless government takes remedial measures. It is important to tax that class which is involved, in tax evasion and agriculture tax should also be implemented to make situation under control.

One right guaranteed in an Islamic State in particular is the freedom of religion. There is sometimes a misunderstood view, that if any non-Muslim lives under the rule of Islam, he/she would be curtailed in their religious freedom. There is no compulsion in Islam to accept Islam as faith.
